You can also email a photo of your meter to that same email address if you're unsure how to report the various numbers you see on the meter.
Also, please note that we have a feature toward the bottom of this page that needs to be used for your water information to be sent properly. It's called a "Captcha", and the purpose is to weed out the thousands of spam email generated by automatic robot scripts. Since you're human, you can read the text in the image above the "CAPTCHA Code" field at the end of the page. Type in what you see in that image, and proves you're human. If you cannot make out what it says, there's a little symbol to the right of the image you can use to "refresh" the image with a new one that should be more readable. Sorry about the inconvenience with this---having a page like this on the Internet with no Captcha barrier causes a lot of sorting work.
